Rotary Long Stroke Rotary Blow Molder

The Rotary Long Stroke (RLS) Blow Molding System is the most technically advanced machine developed in the last 10 years. Calibrated neck, single point takeout, In-Mold labeling, variable cavitation and capability of any size bottles allows the low cost per container associated with high speed wheels and the flexibility of shuttles. These machines outproduce existing long stroke shuttles at a lower cost, yielding more bottles per floor space and lower tooling change over cost.
