Customers' continuing success is based upon fast and accurate after-the-sale service. Wilmington Machinery prides itself on commitment to service.
Service to the customer is a priority to everyone within the company. A full-time Service and Parts Manager has complete access to whatever resources
he needs to assure prompt action. Engineering and process engineering are key components of our overall service program.
Parts support is exemplary at Wilmington Machinery and it starts with our machine manual and Bill of Materials. The customer is provided complete
information including part numbers and manufacturers of commercial components. Wilmington Machinery firmly believes our customers should have the option
to purchase items directly from vendors. Keeping the customer running is our #1 priority.
